Open Registration Begins on January 19 @ 9am

Full Day Preschool:

• Hours of operation ~ 7am-5:30 pm
• Ages 2- 5 years
• 2,3,4,or 5 days schedules

In order to register, please fill out and email the Enrollment form to amber@cornerstone4kids.com . Please remember to mark the days/program you would like to attend on the back side.  A $125 registration fee is due at the time of enrollment, however we ask that you wait to pay this amount until we confirm enrollment (as space is limited).  Once enrollment is confirmed via email, you will have 24hrs to make a payment to hold your spot.
